DoDEA Grant Kick Off Conferences
Each newly awarded cohort of DoDEA Grantees attends a kick-off conference in which the project director and evaluator meet with DoDEA and Evaluation Technical Assistance Center staff to gather pertinent information about managing their grant, and learn useful strategies for maximizing the effectiveness and results of their program’s evaluation. The agenda for each conference includes general sessions attended by all participants, as well as several small group sessions for project director and evaluator collaboration. DoDEA and ETAC staff help project teams refine or develop plans for evaluating grant activities and outcomes.
